Personnel from the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-Region VII (RTWPB-VII) and representatives from various micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) participated in a Adjustment Measures Program (AMP) Orientation on July 10, 2026. 

The orientation, conducted by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Technical Support and Services Division (TSSD) on Welfare and Employment via Zoom, provided a comprehensive overview of the AMP—a flagship program designed to assist workers and enterprises in coping with economic challenges and disruptions.  

The session covered program objectives, eligibility criteria, and application procedures, ensuring that participants gained a clear understanding of how the AMP can support both employers and employees. 

Ms. Jill Marie Duero, DOLE-TSSD WE focal person of AMP, emphasized the program’s role in promoting resilience among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) while safeguarding workers’ welfare.  

The virtual orientation served as a platform for prospective MSME applicants to raise questions and clarify requirements, fostering collaboration between government agencies and the private sector.  

RTWPB-VII personnel, likewise, expressed their commitment to supporting the dissemination of AMP information and guiding stakeholders in Region VII through the application process. (Atty. Jess Russel F. Jumalon)
