The RTWPB VIII team cascaded the Productivity Toolbox training on “Improving Productivity Through Financial Analysis” at the RTWPB VIII Conference Room in Tacloban City on May 6, 2026.

RTWPB VIII successfully conducted a free face-to-face training on Improving Productivity Through Financial Analysis, bringing together participants from various enterprises, including Accounting/Budget Officers, Managers, and Supervisors. The activity aimed to strengthen participants’ financial analysis skills and equip them with practical tools for smarter decision-making and enhanced productivity.

Through engaging and interactive discussions facilitated by Ms. Almayne C. Abastillas of the NWPC–TTSD and Ms. Asumpta V. Obsanga (LEO III) of RTWPB VIII, participants learned how to effectively understand and analyze key financial statements. They also identified opportunities to improve productivity using financial insights.
