RTWPB-VIII conducted a Productivity Toolbox training on “Organization Development” at the Conference Room of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) Building in Naval, Biliran on May 20, 2026.

The training, titled “Advancing Productivity via Organization Development,” was successfully held with the participation of HR Officers, Managers, and Supervisors from various micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The activity emphasized the importance of Organization Development (OD) as a strategic, organization-wide approach to improving productivity, strengthening teamwork, enhancing communication, and fostering effective leadership and decision-making.

The training also included a discussion on the 2025 Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW), providing participants with important reminders and information relevant to wage reporting compliance, in accordance with Labor Advisory No. 08, series of 2026.

Through engaging discussions and collaborative learning, participants were equipped with practical knowledge and strategies to help build healthier, more adaptive, and high-performing organizations. (Dominic N. Pacanan)
