The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board VIII (RTWPB-VIII) conducted the Usapang 2Ps: Pasahod at Productivity and 7S of Good Housekeeping training on June 3, 2026, in Catarman, Northern Samar.
The one-day seminar highlighted the importance of the Pasahod at Productivity Program and the 7S Methodology as practical tools for promoting fair wage practices and enhancing workplace safety, quality, and productivity. Participants were introduced to strategies that can help create more organized, efficient, and conducive work environments, ultimately contributing to improved business performance and employee well-being.
7S of Good Housekeeping introduces a workplace organization method consisting of different approaches to maintain a tidy, clutter-free work area that fosters efficiency and improves productivity.
