The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board Region-VIII (RTWPB‑VIII), in partnership with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), successfully conducted the 3rd Batch of the Coaching and Mentoring Session of DOLE-AIM beneficiaries on March 26, 2026, via Zoom (blended).

The activity served as a follow-through support under the DOLE–AIM Productivity Program, aimed at strengthening digital adoption and ensuring measurable productivity gains among participating enterprises.

Through structured discussions and guided mentoring facilitated by AIM, participating enterprises further developed strategies to enhance their business operations by crafting and refining their respective Digital Transformation Productivity Projects.

The session gathered RTWPB‑VIII–assisted beneficiaries, including Weaves & Bows Bags and Accessories Shop, Bibar’s Farm, Mary’s Abuyog Spesyal Tsokoleyt Moron Atbp., Alto Peak Agriventures Corp., Baybay Dairy Cooperative, and Bontoc Multipurpose Cooperative. (Joben S. Sabay)
