Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-VIII staff successfully completed the Training of Trainers on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Digital Novice micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) held on March 17–19, 2026 in Manila, further strengthening the Board’s capacity to assist enterprises in navigating the fast-evolving digital economy.  

The three-day capacity-building program was designed to enhance participants’ understanding of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be utilized by digital novice MSMEs to improve productivity, foster innovation, and adopt more efficient digital practices. Through lectures, practical demonstrations, and collaborative sessions, attendees explored emerging AI tools and strategies designed to help small businesses streamline operations and remain competitive in today’s technology-driven market. 

The initiative also reinforces RTWPB VIII’s commitment to public service by continuously equipping its staff with relevant knowledge and practical skills. With enhanced expertise in digital technologies, RTWPB-VIII aims to provide more responsive and effective support to entrepreneurs and small business owners across the region. (Joben S.
