The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board–Region X (RTWPB-X) conducted an ISTIV-Bayanihan Productivity Training for beneficiaries of the Technical and Advisory Visit (TAV) on 7 July 2026 at Cagayan de Oro City.

The training introduced participants to the ISTIV productivity philosophy, which promotes the core values of being Industrious, Systematic, Time-conscious, Innovative, and possessing a Strong Value for Work.

Through the collaborative ISTIV-Bayanihan approach, participants gained practical insights into integrating these productivity values into their daily operations to improve efficiency, enhance work quality, and strengthen organizational performance.

The activity featured interactive discussions, workshops, and practical exercises that enabled TAV beneficiaries to evaluate their existing workplace practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Participants also learned actionable productivity strategies focused on process optimization, effective time management, innovation, teamwork, and values-driven leadership—key elements that contribute to sustainable enterprise growth, improved competitiveness, and better workplace relations.

The activity, likewise, emphasized that productivity is a shared responsibility among employers and workers.
