The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-XI conducted a Productivity-Based Incentive Scheme (PBIS) orientation and Marketing Productivity training for over 50 participants on 13 March 2026.
In partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Employment-XI, this activity provided Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) beneficiaries with access to RTWPB-XI’s productivity training.
Atty. Sharon Grace S. Sanoy, Attorney IV, introduced PBIS while Ms. Sheryl Mae R. Danlag, LEO II, and Mr. Kenneth Paul J. Recaña, LEO III, discussed the concepts of marketing as well as tips on how to effectively apply these concepts to increase sales and productivity levels.
The Marketing Productivity training equips participants with the basic concepts of marketing and the 7Ps of marketing mix: product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence.
PBIS is a workplace-initiated program on improving the productivity of workers and enterprises to generate savings or additional revenues, which can be shared by enterprises with their workers. (Kenneth Paul Recaña)
