Bachelor’s degree

Experience Three (2) years of relevant experience

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Assists in the development of training design, concepts;
  2. Prepares training materials;
  3. Undertakes research on any assigned module for design development;
  4. Acts as resource person on productivity training programs;
  5. Assists in the supervision/conduct of pilot tests and training of trainors;
  6. Reviews Regional Boards training program evaluation;
  7. Assists in crafting of guidelines on use and delivery of training programs;
  8. Renders technical assistance on training;
  9. Prepares training reports; and
  10. Assists in monitoring and evaluation of training programs.

  3. Hard copy or electronic copy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  4. Certificate of Employment (specifying duties and responsibilities performed);
  5. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of trainings attended;
  6. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license; and
  7. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records.
