Representatives from various micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) attended the “Usapang 2Ps: Pasahod and Productivity” and “7S of Good Housekeeping” training conducted by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-XI (RTWPB-XI) on 16 April 2026.
Ms. Christina H. Balaga, Labor and Employment Officer II, gave an overview of the history and mandate of NWPC and RTWPBs. She also introduced the various trainings under the Productivity Toolbox, which offers free learning and development through training interventions designed to support MSMEs in adopting systems and technology to improve productivity.
Atty. Sharon Grace S. Sanoy, Attorney IV, discussed Productivity-Based Incentive Schemes (PBIS), a workplace-initiated program on improving the productivity of workers and enterprises to generate savings or additional revenues, which can be shared by enterprises with their workers.
Ms. Jessielee R. Bilog, Administrative Assistant III, and Ms. Ivory Diane P. Genovia, Administrative Assistant I, tackled 7S of Good Housekeeping training, giving participants a better grasp on how to apply these practices in their own context.
Usapang 2Ps is an information campaign that focuses on matters related to wages and productivity.
7S of Good Housekeeping is one of the basic training programs of the RTWPB, which introduces a workplace organization method consisting of different approaches to maintain a tidy, clutter-free work area that fosters efficiency and improves productivity. (Kenneth Paul Recaña)
